A while ago, I looked through The Occupation of the Rhineland, by Sir James E. Edmonds and found the detailed occupation policy issued by General Sir H. Plumer. Herbert Charles Onslow Plumer had commanded the British Second Army during WWI and was the first commander of the British Army of the Rhine. Regretfully, due to Covid, we have decided to cancel all fairs in April, May and June. The Edinburgh Premier Fair and the UK Fine Press Book Fair have been rescheduled for November. The Oxford Premier has also been rescheduled for October. Our London Antiquarian Book Fair in June has also been cancelled but will return in May
